These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 138 ("Platform", "We", "Us"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, games, features, and content provided through the 138 platform at https://138.ad and our mobile app.

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to this Agreement:

• Registering a new account on the 138 platform
• Log in to your existing account
• Making any deposit or financial transaction
• Using any game or service on the platform
• Downloading or using the 138 mobile app

This agreement takes effect from the date you first use the platform and will continue to apply for as long as your account remains active or you use our services in any form.

In all circumstances, 138's maximum liability to you is limited to the actual deposit amount you made in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
